Actually Jindal is a very smart guy. He has the potential to go all the way. Its true Republicans in congress had no ideas or decent leadership after Newt resigned. The Democrats do have ideas, just bad ones: welfare state socialism lemon socialism, bailing out failed union-dominated businesses protectionist rhetoric to keep the unions happy during campaign season and be repudiated after election cap and trade to make all industry dependent on government via carbon credit awards, generating more campaign contributions to by needed credits massive pork barrel spending to buy votes and campaign contributions multi-trillion dollar budgets same sex marriage and abortion expecting soldiers to read miranda warnings to terrorists captured overseas I could go on.
