Well, it is a turnaround game now. Get all the bad stuff out and on the table....now. It makes any progress look better later and everybody is tired of the off-budget fiction for the wars. Dollars are dollars.

Awfully ambitious......but smart politics. He gets to reset the actual deficit based on everything and then work down from there.

Using real budgeting practices will make it easier to jawbone the banks and the other companies....
