I don't agree. A pure buy and holder would be putting money into the market on a regular basis (from their paycheck presumably) without regard to the level of the market. People following Brinker might wait for his lump sum buy signals. That might have worked well in the 1990s, but we are back to levels in the 1990s. (Plus they don't hold the QQQQ but that is another story).
