This is a copout of a question because you know damned well that a methodology can be developed that will show even a piss-poor health care state like Cuba to be great. It is what the Michael Moores of the world thrive on.

But yes, I can prove it.

Last week, a Saudi prince, who could have bought any hospital in the world, chose to come to the United States for treatment. There is only one reason that happens. Because he knows that in the end his odds of a good outcome in the United States are better than anywhere else on earth.

Case closed.
