With the price approaching a buck, I am amazed that none of the insiders feel the stock is cheap enough to buy. Does it bother the management or the board that a profitable company with 64 mil in annual revenues and 10 mil cash on the balance sheet is trading with a market cap of 30 mil. If nothing else, they should increase the long term debt by 5 mil and use the cash to buy back shares.
