iPackets Announces Termination of Asset Sale and The Acquisition of SubterraCom Wireless Solutions
VANCOUVER, BC – December 29, 2008 – iPackets International, Inc. ("iPackets") (OTC: IPKL), a developer and provider of wireless communications software and equipment for the mine-safety industry, announced today the termination of its asset sale agreement and the acquisition of SubterraCom Wireless Solutions (“SWS”).

Under the terms of the deal, iPackets acquired 100% of SWS and the issuance of iPackets common shares in accordance with Rule 144 of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
