I won't deal with Bank of America We think they held a payment past the receive deadline and then they bumped our rate to 30% We have great credit too. We immediately paid it off. Then they wanted to kiss and make up and we said no thanks. I know some others that this has happened to, so they pay by phone or electronic so that there is not problem with them "not receiving it in time."
