I've no idea what that meant, apart from the fact that you had a problem with them.

One always thinks that one is being clear, but perhaps not.

In paragraph one of that post I opined that English 5 doesn't seem to me to appropriately be a college level course.

In paragraph two, I complained that some college programs now are glorified trade schools.

In paragraph three, I closed with "I just don't like it much," "it" intended to refer to what I mentioned in paragraphs one and two, not "AP classes," a phenomenon mentioned by me during that discussion only as something that didn't exist when I was in high school. I don't see how noting that they didn't exist then could be construed as disapproval of them. I think they're a fine idea. If some kids are advanced enough and interested enough to take college-level courses in high school, subjects like economics or psychology that aren't offered routinely in high school, I find that constructive.
