So what is the deal with Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal mocking "volcano monitoring" in his response to Obama's speech? Here you have a guy from a state that depends on extensive hurricane monitoring who can't seem to make a simple extrapolation from one type of natural disaster to another.
