As bad as it is for the economy, Congress will now pass some sort of cap and trade. Manufacturers will now add the expense of buying a carbon permit into their costs. And it will cause more products to be made overseas where it is not a factor. So "hello" to more offshoring.

When the Unions realize this, they will demand a "carbon tariff" be added to all imports.

This admin is going to be a lesson in how to wreck the economy.
