SARMAN,

Well, that is not all they have to do. They also have to prepare for WW3 <ng>

The petrol dollar is the key.

At the present time I think the major powers (Europe, China, America, and to a lessor degree, the Japanese) all want a strong dollar. How long that unholy alliance holds up after the Asians realize the American consumer really is tapped out is unknown, but I guess not long. The only reason to recycle all those export based dollars back into Treasuries is to keep the game going. And I think that game is over for a long time to come.
