It actually makes sense that Las Vegas' housing market could reccover more quickly than SoCal's as californians who are sick of being overtaxed, look for depressed housing that is relatively close to home.

I've said for a long time that it simply doesn't matter where i live, just as long as I have cell phone coverage, an internet connection and a decent airport within reasonble driving distance.

Hell, I never even go to the beach.....

but I do go to casinos...hmmmmm
