i dunno jorj...i just got back from vegas and spent some time talking with people who live and work there....personally i think it will turn into a bonafide hellhole before this is over....i saw a mall built on the n. 215 with a home depot anchor that was completely EMPTY...if you stay on or near the strip it might be a viable place, but frankly, i think it needs a lot more of this:
