The last few lines of the Brooks article rather said it all.

BO and his troop are doing what they want to do and he can't bring himself to hope they fail.

What I don't get is the admiration for Obama. The man lied during the campaign and is still lying now. His whole speech---not to mention his whole persona---is one of cognitive dissonance.

He touts big government expansion as though it were the hallmark of rugged American individualism.

Unfortunately, many BO supporters are too stupid to understand that he is making it up, or at least, that his words and methods simply don't match. Others, like Chrissy Mathews, are too mesmerized and koolaid drunk to even question the *great man's* words.

BO makes P.T.Barnum look like a piker.

I happen to think that if we can get the Wicked Witch to remove the spell from the poppy fields in which the MSM and Obama supporters are lying punchdrunk and mentally incapacitated, we can turn around the disastrous economic course set by the porkulus bill.

After all, much of the spending isn't due for awhile. Ridding Congress of Democrat litter and control at midterm could well stave off the worst.

We need the GOP leaders to stop worrying about being kissy-faced with Obama and to take off the gloves. This doesn't require rudeness. They just have to develop their message and stay on point. Never let up. And get their speakers some training. Not to mention a real forum for delivering rebuttal speeches.
