DJ UPDATE:US GAS: Futures Fall Amid Weakened Demand,Ample Supplies
futuresource.quote.com
The U.S. Energy Information Administration is expected to report that 105
billion cubic feet
of gas were withdrawn from storage during week ended Feb.
20, according to the average prediction of 16 analysts and traders in a Dow
Jones Newswires survey.

The storage estimate falls short of last year's 157 bcf pull from storage and
the 145 bcf five-year average withdrawal. If that storage estimate is correct
natural-gas surpluses relative to both the five-year average and last year's
levels will swell.

Bloomberg: No report today, but from yesterday:

Stockpiles probably declined 105 billion cubic feet last week, based on the median of five analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg.

GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR February 25, 2009: Gulf production remains around 10.6 Bcf/d. The region was quiet yesterday in terms of notices for maintenance or updates on hurricane related damage. Tenn continues to pig the Blue Water Header and East Leg. Trunkline did post notice that they have clear several more meters to flow and may only have about 4 MMcf/d of gas production that remains shut in because of hurricane damage. bentekenergy.com
