I see you wish to CON-fine me to a yes or no answer. This can not be done. MVP says no, OVIS says yes, What I researched was whether or not MVP could, at will cancel it without a court order as you stated and I was told they could indeed. Simple as stopping payment on a check. They may have to duke it out, but yes MVP can cancel it.
