okay,

but every time i hear a conservative talk about the problem of people that could not afford the home they bought, they leave out the other causes of the housing bubble and lay blame at the feet of people that GOT SUCKERED into going in over their heads.

in the 80's I closed real estate deals and these types of loans were unheard of in EVERY CATEGORY.

Did the minorities FORCE the lenders to loan to builders (who overbuilt), investors (and I use that term loosely), flippers, HELOCS, foreigners? The answer is NO NO NO, Absolutely not.

It's not just lack of compassion. It's the HYPOCRISY OF NOT HOLDING THE RICH AND POWERFUL RESPONSIBLE AND LAYING RESPONSIBILITY AT THE FEET OF THE MINORITY, the least powerful of everyone I listed, which I have observed conservatives do time and time again.
