OK, OK. I work for a defense contractor. Ultimate bloat. In order to get a govt contract you have to make sure there's new jobs in the states of every congressperson who will vote for your project. Actually I stay here for interesting work, I joke about being in the weapons business but I work on the disarmament side. The only people with the capability to permanently rid the world of nuclear weapons are the companies that make them. So here I am. Sometimes a little bloat is unavoidable. Don't think I'd leave this stuff in the hands of manpower temps.:(
