What will $14Billion buy them? 1/2 of MCI, or $700,000,000/yr. @5%.
It's not a lot in the big picture. To have official pronouncements being made by Swiss banking authorities, which are self defeating leads me to suspect that, there is a game being played right now? Someone may be creating a big position, and the CB's are sweating them out, who knows. Sometimes it just takes a while to be right, you just have to have the staying power.
