The problem is, I am not constantly wrong on these issues. You, OTOH, like to play pretend with the winger wind machine. You can be relied on to run with the latest narrative, and, when it doesn't pan out it goes into the memory hole and you still chalk it up as a win.

Now, it very well may be the case that these funds will be used for that high speed rail project. But you don't know it to be a fact, despite your pretenses otherwise.
