I've just increased my D3 to 3 gels of 2000iu daily. I was taking just 4000iu. Something I think I've noticed since starting D3 is much less problem with my asthma. I'm going to keep a close eye on this and see if I can get away from my daily inhalation of preventative med. What a gift that would be!
