The distribution has been reduced to US .18 per month [actually .23 Canadian, which is .18 US at a ,80 exch. rate]per unit before application of the Canadian witholding tax. There was a conf. call recently. It might still be available here: Toll-Free North America 877-289-8525 Passcode 21295163 followed by the pound key I don't have the time to listen to it. I like the hedging program. Assuming a net of Canadian taxes US .15 distribution per month for '09 and a $9 US unit cost, it is yielding circa 20% p/a. I calculated my 12% annual return on what I paid for my units which was more than $9. Can it keep up the distributions? Who knows. It has made lots of adjustments to make a valiant effort.
