I recall reading the semi thread that a few stocks are trading at cash/share values or lower.

ZRAN (fabless semi company focused on consumer products) has $7.76 in cash per share, no debt, and a share price of $5.50 or so. There are others like them around, but they're one of the most discounted of the cash rich companies.
