The fourth quarter earnings projection from marchmann of 22 cents is probably very close as he is usually accurate although Yahoo has the consensus of 4 analysts to be 16 cents with a low estimate of 11 and a high of 22. It would be good for investors to see the the estimate beaten again for the 2nd quarter in a row and then Sammy's fixed numbers of $25 million a quarter will come on in the 1st quarter of this year raising the eps again. Idcc's report on 4th Q financial results after the market closes on 03/02/2009 and the conference call on 03/03/2009 should be interesting. ... especially if analysts submit some or all of data's listed questions. mo. .. nic
