That statement is true, but here's the key fact missing from that logic: it's not guaranteed to do so. Sure, allowing employers access to more money CAN create conditions where they can create more jobs, but they aren't required to do so. It seems over the past 8 years that more companies kept the money and gave it out in bonuses, or created more jobs overseas."
