The SEC is failing to complete its mission statement. The current condition could not have occurred had the SEC sustained its commitment to the laws governing stock issuance. Bud Burrell says the number of shares printed ie counterfeit now exceed the sum of the markets legal outstanding. Like Markopolous outlined in his Madoff testimony, the SEC will be deemed complicit, because they are. The testimonies before the finance committee placed the SEC mission statement on the public record....and yet here we are, under the new leadership of shapiro.....conforming to the old leadership without an iota of difference. The counterfeit inventory used to move price is only possible, because the SEC has allowed this strategy to be used, choosing to rationalize its observations in conformation with the practices of those carrying it forward, its as if they are aligned to purpose. Price adjudication has become a fraud, enabled by counterfeit inventory derived to purpose the exact outcomes we have now. ms shapiro.....you should resign now....because waiting will only make clearer the extent by which you yourself chose to look the other way. All floats are relative constants, subject to the constraints of laws governing stock issuance. No amount of machinations by way of rationalization can change this.
