The problem with the BMC deal for me is that as I read it, they plan to distribute the PAN.AX shares to BMC shareholders, and that makes it an expensive headache for North Americans to get anything for them. TDW has these huge minimum orders for Aussie shares, and transaction feees over $200 last time I looked.

"The Consideration Shares are subject to a six month escrow period upon closing of the Share Purchase Agreement (the "Closing"). The Board of Directors of Brilliant (the "Board") presently intends to distribute the beneficial interest in the Consideration Shares to Brilliant shareholders during the escrow period in proportion to their holdings in Brilliant through a reduction of stated capital."

Have I misunderstood?

If you want an easy 10%, FSY today announced its shareholders have agreed overwhelmingly to the takeover by George Forrest for $7 a share. The current share price is $6.30 and it is supposed to close by Mar. 18th. In retrospect, I should have loaded up when it was in the mid-%5 range not long ago.

Do you know anything about Lion's Gate Metals who announced the merger with COpper Fox today? I have yet to get a grip on this one.

It is nice to see that OSU and BCM have resolved their cash problems, at least for a while. And EDR closed the convertible debentures today too.
