Thanks, Patrick. The margin on Zip disks needs to be near the margin of the drive (certainly no lower) for the razor blade scheme to work. My guess is that the margin is considerably higher, in the range of 45%, if the historical data from other companies can be trusted. Given the high contribution from disks, therefore, I suspect that this Q's numbers could look a little better than the analysts' views.

Also, Jaz may already be profitable, and I would guess that a month of contribution by that product line may give an additional upward surprise to earnings. Any guess on Jaz disk sales?
