If DOJ wants to stop Microsoft's monopoly state, the best way would
be to promote Federal Government to buy Rhapsody OS when it is
available, on which most of GOTS software can be ported. This will be
a very strong force to balance the unbalanced situation. The market
in Federal Government is huge enough to provide Apple enough room
to grow again. The monopoly in PC field will naturally and
gradually disappear.
