If you have any doubt Amazon is now worse than eBay check this out! Remember for every feedback I've received there are 10 satified customers who don't take the time to give feedback. Only people who are pissed give feedback every time.
The refunds are due to a case sensitivity bug in Amazon's inventory search that misses products if you don't use Amazon's screwed up and inconsistent case on titles and authors. I found the bug for them and reported it.

Here is my first page of feedback with the "negatives" bolded. Note the one "real" negative I got was from a swindler who tried to extort me. I offered him a full refund + shipping costs on return but he wanted a full refund with no return. Amazon policies reward swindlers.
In any other "problem" feedbacks I would have refunded. ALL they had to do was ask, but they gave feedback before asking.
