Average earnings for the spooz multiplied by average P/E ratio given for bear market bottoms. This assumes earnings have hit a low, and we are going to hit the average P/E for bear market bottoms. I still think earning forcasts will be lowered, and the P/E ratio for this market bottom will be extreme (4-6).
