Many companies are primarily concerned with protecting earnings and their stock price. Notice it has been 5 months since it became clear to business that Obama would be President. Has anything this administration done provided any reason for business to do anything but hunker down for the unknown? Going for the carbon tax is the ultimate power grab and will accelerate the down ward spiral of the economy.
