The danger of removing someone for views we disagree with is that this group gets too insular, and ignores views that being different, might be right.

I don't feel that is true, in this particular case.

The problem with TB is that he is not educated... apparently does not know about the great inflationary destructions of fiat currency in history, caused by printing more of same or debasement...

He also may not be aware of our unsustainable over all USG debt, and the usual ways governments get out of same.

I do not want to go through the brain damage of re-arguing all that stuff.

However, if he wants to read "Fiat Money Inflation in France" available on project Gutenberg, free... or read the "Economics of Inflation" available from Amazon, or "The Dyeing of Money" available as a pdf from me, for those willing to PM their email to me (I cannot reply to a PM privately due to my SI level, but I can receive them)... and thereby he does get educated, he might be a helpful and contributing member.

Then he could explain to us all why "this time is different."

Other wise, he could go to "Financial Collapse of 2001" and Beyond and make some of his representations to TJ, become TJ fodder, and provide him with some entertainment...

To start with -- this is very educational:
