OBAMA'S PHONY PULLOUT NY POST By RALPH PETERS Usually I like Ralph Peters. I am not sure I understand this article by Ralph. As I recall GWB signed a SOFA agreement with Iraq to withdraw all US Forces by end of 2011. Surely the logistical requirements of an orderly withdrawal of that many men and that much equipment require us to get started a year or two ahead of the agreed upon date deadline. uw
