This Duke Energy guy is dead on correct about cap and trade revenues. Herein lies the biggest danger with a new source of revenues that flow to Washington. Will they use the proceeds on lowering emissions and spurring renewable energy investments and R&D? Or will the money be diverted to wholly unrelated things. Well, the answer is unequivocal. The money is ALWAYS diverted to wholly unrelated things. Spooky. Second time in the past few days you've been dead on about something.
