that happens all over the world, and it's rare here
so they'd have to blow up the little girls too

I mean look at Africa, where they think raping a little girl will cure AIDS. And rural India and the ME- where very young girls are commonly child brides. The Mormons who traffic in young girls are rare and aberrant- and liable to criminal penalties when caught.

It is better here for young girls. Not perfect, of course, but better.
