With all due respect Mr. Smith, based on the above statement, I was obviously listening to a different version of the conference call than you were. If I remember correctly, I believe that it was GS who said that all of the contracts that they lost were because of one reason-no DMT solution. AMTX brings this little commodity to the table. So tell me, how much is this worth to WSTL...or others? I don't think the AMTX shareholders will EVER go for .9 of a WSTL share if it is trading at the level that you mentioned in your post.
Having said all of this, I as a Amati shareholder, believe that the merger is to the benefit of BOTH companies. Lets not forget that point.
