nihil,
I was not aware that Intel had second sourced it's flash
products to Micron. I do know about Sharp though. My hope is that
they dump flash asap. I can't see any reason to keep it. It's losing
money, using up fab capacity and the process seems to be different
enough from Intel's logic process that it makes little sense to spend
R&D dollers developing 2 different processes. Can you or anyone else
present an agruement on why Intel should keep it, other that perhaps
keeping AMD from making money in flash.
