The problem going forward is to once and for all shed the utter phoney conservatism of the past eight years. I think at CPAC this is beginning....

But the key to any future election win at the national level is growing the tent bigger and more inclusive. Rush does not do that.

If the democrats made Michael Moore the keynote speaker at the primary progressive conference and let him describe himself as the "conscience and identity" of the party (as Rush does), they would be nuts.
