That would be nice. There certainly is a shot for that if they succeed in splitting the party.

I have wondered why the more moderates haven't splintered away from the crazies. I think part of the problem is that Obama may have co-opted some of them. While he is no R, he does speak rationally and does talk fiscal responsibility....something they didn't have under Bush and his congressional Rs. Mindmeld comes to mind.
