Data.. I'm not overly concerned about tomorrow's earnings release, but I must admit, I'm a bit excited about the conference call on Tuesday. As you suggest, idcc may be entering into an era where more confidence and better forecasts can be placed in it's future. As with the samsung agreement and hopefully a later determination of the nokia relationship, may become a defining year for idcc. The next 2 days could be very interesting. mo. .. nic I would like to have clear guidance provided by the company as well...that could go a long way to offset the general market conditions IMO. The group that has been playing this stock in the background for years is still in the game, but may be losing their grip as uncertainties are removed.
