OMG best salad dressing ever and SO simple!!!! You do need 1. huckleberry balsamic vinegar (or some other high quality fruity vinegar) and 2. lemon infused extra virgin olive oil In my "Gizmo" (little salad dressing mixer) I mised about 1/2 C of vinegar with 1/3 cup of oil, and sprinkled about 1/2 tsp of ground green peppercorns on top- then I mixed it. Poured it on top of a baby greens salad with Point Reyes blue cheese crumbles and chopped chicken breast (from a lemon and pepper roasted chicken) Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm I don't see my huckleberry balsamic- but here are a few huckleberry vinegars: idahogourmet.com hiddenacreswa.com smokeybeargifts.com
