Alex,, this guy sounds like a bit of a nutbar, however I do agree that beauraccractic intervention in most things is faulty at best, and downright backwards at worst,,,,a lot of it seems to border on ficticious self importance and the sucumbing to the vagaries of percieved power....IMHO...
