thank you libby.... my two kids are sabed (at least for now) they're pushing the envelope on that income wise what a insanely 'thought' out notion...i cannot tell you how many people i'm speaking with who still have the wherewithal to do so are saying they will sell out and head for greener pastures elsewhere... i have a friend whose property tax on his commercial investments is now up to 50% of gross revenue....that's JUST real estate taxes...fools in washington have no IDEA (cramer where's your NO IDEA taxation rant?) of the unintended consequences of killing their golden gooses.... they're turning into black swans <ng>
