<<There is a buying strike on stocks.>> There is a lot of $$$ on the sidelines waiting to buy. But most people see no need to take the venture until they see better price action. This reminds me of the child who is so discouraged he refuses to study until he sees results, but he will never get the result until he tries. It's a vicious cycle because whenever he tries, he fails. The vicious cycle breaks in the Market when compelling value comes into being and the bargain hunters take over the shares from the distressed cries of the crowd. I wish it was that easy for the child.
