Unlike Bogle, Brinker was screaming BUY BUY BUY at the beginning of last year. Then he lambasted the bears as "cassandras." This was after he had ridiculed those calling for a recession. Which was before he said the stock market was inversely linked to oil. Which was around the time he bragged that he had caught the bottom around 1300 snp I think.
