Nancy, Doug Kass just said SPX will make yearly low in a few days. I wonder if he will be right . Last bull market started on March 11, 03. u certainly saved lots of $$ by being on a cruise instead of in the market. i m qld instead of qqqq so twice as much pain. oh, i m still homeless. Homes also have price/earning. Every location has median earning of people that live there. Sellers are still in denial about their homevalues, this includes banks and listing agents. I am not looking for a steal. I am looking for land to build a home according to my own plan. It would be lot cheaper for me to buy a distressed home but we need one story home on a big piece of land w. xtra large kitchen. If i dont get what i want i m happy to be homeless. Most of the cheaper homes are on small land and two stories.
