Chip:
1) UKH's profitability rose sharply when they joined up with NDU Resources a couple of months ago. Before this happened, however, UKH would turn a profit at around mid-$3 silver prices (ie. $3.50 +/-.25)
2) I was told by a very reliable source their funding was imminent, possibly as early as next week. The release of info. on this may be delayed to coincide with a recovery of silver prices though, in my opinion.
3) A new mill is proposed such that both UKH and NDU-T (a zinc miner) can benefit. This will lower production costs for silver substantially! In fact, when zinc was 0.70 a lb., Keno could mine their silver for nothing!
4) There are approx. 13,000,000 shares out as of late August.
5) ALL agreements with the natives have been signed; the licence from the Water Authority has been granted. All that remains is the fed. Minister of Mines' signature, which will be automatic as soon as the financing is complete. Yukon Gold & Minerals is arranging the financing. Apparently, they're really good at this kind of thing.
6) If you check the canada-stockwatch chart, you'll notice an ascending triangle pattern developing - a bullish, pre-breakout pattern. See my note to Annabella of Oct.24th, #593, where I blather about this at great length! :)

Hope this helps!

Harry K.
