that means you never believed that PE ratios would eventually regress toward their historical average during the stock market bubble?

the economy tanking (it is, you know...) is consistent with house prices heading lower.

everything i stated about individual wealth being much worse now than in 1998, not to mention consumer sentiment collapsing before our very eyes, indicates housing prices continue to head south big time - right in line with that chart.

oh, and i think technical analysis is hokey for the most part, too. but that chart matches the fundamentals i've laid out to a "T" - at least in my mind.
