It does if the value of the home drops so that the buyers are upside down. This happens even with borrower who made downpayments.....its irrelevant to ability to pay. You just can't help but make it up. There have been numerous successful suits in MS and NH on predatory lending...in fact in NH, payday lenders were just put totally out of business.....as usual, you are FOS. You're a pompous knowitall...who is actually a moron. J.
